Quick lunch with a friend led to Local Foods. I was instantly drawn to the BLT on the menu since it had an egg so it was like brunch in a sandwich. It is a counter service spot. The gentlemen was very friendly taking the order. Informative from the start about multiple sizes along with the options. I would definitely say they have the right person in that role. The only thing I wish was a bit more drink option from the fountain like a good sweet tea. The sandwiches we order came fairly fast. Overall decent size. great fresh bread. The Egg was a very messy addition. The bacon was a bit salty for my taking. But I did like the sandwich. Each of the items were plentiful. The lettuce was basic iceberg cut in slightly too large of chunks. The Cole slaw was different with apples and edamame. It had a good flavor. The potato salad was my favorite between the two. Overall there was plenty of seating for groups or smaller parties. Love the size of the patio for a nice day out. If you have picky eaters, I don't think this would be my first choice recommendation.

Always have a great experience here! Staff is really kind, food is always fresh. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but some of my faves are the crunchy chicken sandwich, taco salad and the Asian chicken salad.

Came here for lunch and it was quite busy however I received my food quickly. It was a nice and would definitely come back. I had the caprese sandwich and it was SOOOOO good that I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. It came with a side of green pozole and the pozole was another thing I couldn't get off my mind.

I ordered takeout today and tried the truffle egg salad sandwich with a side of red potato salad. The sandwich was decent, rating around 6/10. While it was flavorful, I felt it could have benefited from additional seasoning. The red potato salad had a noticeable sweetness, likely due to a mustard base, which I found a bit overwhelming. I prefer a more balanced seasoning in both the sandwich and the salad. I appreciate the farm-to-table concept and healthy options, but I would love to see more seasoning in their menu items. Overall, I was content with my meal but was not in love with it. Food: 6/10

I have a deep, passionate love for Local Foods, especially their Truffled Egg Salad Sandwich. I could write an ode to it, an epic that would rival the Iliad. It's not just the pretzel bun--lightly salted and oh-so-fluffy--but the way the soft eggs and tomatoes perfectly complement each other to create a sandwich that will make you smile and brighten even the cloudiest day. Beyond the sandwich, the staff are remarkably cheerful and friendly, creating a truly enjoyable experience. Recently, I ordered catering for a game night. I frequent the restaurant often but wanted to try their catering service. Despite ordering at the last minute--1 a.m. the night before my event--the process was seamless. The menu was straightforward, modifications were easy, and I scheduled the delivery with clear instructions. The delivery was prompt, neatly packed, and included a personal touch: the manager from the location delivered the order himself. Everything was accurate, and clean-up was a breeze. I couldn't be more grateful for the convenience and deliciousness!

I recently took my niece and nephew to this delightful restaurant near a lively farmer's market. The person behind the counter was incredibly nice and friendly, helping my nephew and niece decide on their orders. The food arrived quickly, was fresh, and tasted excellent. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of sauces and seasonings. We all enjoyed our meals thoroughly and look forward to returning to try more menu items. The restaurant is spacious, with a beautiful outdoor patio that can accommodate many guests. I would definitely come back here.

We always love Local Foods, and this location did not disappoint! We went for Sunday brunch. I got a Bloody Mary and the breakfast sandwich, and my partner got the chicken and waffles. The Bloody Mary was very spicy which is exactly how I like it, and the breakfast sandwich was very good (10/10 for both)!! The chicken and waffles was very good as well (8/10), but my partner said the chicken didn't taste the freshest, and the dish felt like it needed more syrup. The service and ambiance were lovely as well. We will definitely be back!
